In 2023, Joe was utterly captivated by magic during a street performance—a simple “four-ring trick” drew gasps from the crowd and ignited a passion he’d kept hidden. He bought a set of four rings for RMB10, spent an afternoon mastering it, and when he performed it for friends, their cheers made him realize for the first time: the magic lies in sharing that moment of surprise.
Driven by this passion, Joe immersed himself in magic: scouring online tutorials, frequenting magic forums, and visiting magic factories during his free time. He discovered that many magic props on the market were either prohibitively expensive or outdated in design, making it difficult for beginners to find affordable, easy-to-use starter kits. “Why not create a magic kit tailored for young people?” Once this idea took root, it wouldn’t let go.
